We do not store your payment card numbers.

Subscription payments are securely processed by Stripe.

Restaurant Rescue AI does not store or have access to your complete credit card information. Payment information is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with Stripe’s own privacy and security practices.

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Provide access to your subscription
• Store and synchronize your restaurant information
• Generate AI-powered business recommendations and reports
• Improve application performance
• Respond to customer support requests
• Detect fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

Restaurant Rescue AI uses artificial intelligence to analyze the information you choose to provide.

AI-generated recommendations are intended to assist restaurant managers and owners. They are informational only and should not be considered financial, accounting, legal, tax, or employment advice.

Business decisions remain the responsibility of the user.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited information only with trusted service providers that help operate the platform, including:

• Payment processors (such as Stripe)
• Cloud hosting providers
• Authentication providers
• Analytics providers
• AI service providers

These providers may access information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Although we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You may update your account information at any time by signing into your account.

You may request deletion of your account through the application. Upon deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal information as required by applicable law, except where we are legally required to retain certain records.

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and protect our legitimate business interests.

Restaurant Rescue AI is intended for business users and is not directed to children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Our services may connect to independently operated AI, POS, payroll, vendor, payment and other providers selected by your organization. When your organization authorizes a connection, Restaurant Rescue AI may send or receive the information necessary to provide the requested feature, subject to your permissions and that provider's terms and privacy practices.

Your organization is responsible for its provider accounts, credentials, access permissions, subscriptions, billing relationships and provider-side security settings. Normal paying customers must connect a supported organization AI provider before real AI-powered features can process their information.

We do not control a third party's processing, retention, security, availability, policies or changes. Review each provider's privacy and security terms before connecting it. No internet-connected transfer or outside service can be guaranteed completely secure.

Disconnecting a third-party integration stops future access or synchronization as described in the application. It does not automatically delete records already stored in Restaurant Rescue AI; the organization must separately use an available deletion process if it wants those records removed, subject to legal retention requirements.

If you access Restaurant Rescue AI from outside your country of residence, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries where our service providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When significant changes are made, we will update the Effective Date and publish the revised policy within the application or on our website.
